Garlic & Chilli Prawns Pil Pil
An easy, tasty recipe that lets the flavour of the prawns shine through.
- Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.
- Place the prawns in the heated pan and colour on both sides.
- Add the white wine, lemon juice, sea salt, finely chopped garlic and chilli.
- Whisk in the butter.
To serve: Place a small amount of green salad leaf to the side of the plate. Toast a slice of focaccia bread and serve the prawns on the bread with all the juices.
